Welcome to The Granada beach house, a secluded eight bedroom rustic property, set on a peninsula point with a 180-degree view of the ocean. Located 100kms south of Cebu City and only 20mins from Oslob, home of the great Butanging (Whale Sharks); on the island of Cebu, in the Philippines.
The property was taken over on 1st September 2013 by a couple who have spent the last 3 years working in different parts of Africa; Jacques is from South Africa and Keira is from Ireland.
We have a small private beach set below the cliff top bar & bistro, peppered with coconut trees and a coral wall to break the ocean waves. Its an ideal spot to launch a boat trip or snorkel & scuba dive the 100ft coral wall drop-off.
Whale sharks have made the bay close to the house their home, they are fed every morning by local fishermen; you can watch and take photos from the boat or those feeling brave, can snorkel with them - an amazing highlight to your paradise island holiday.
On the peninsula point behind the hotel lies a restored 15th century Spanish Baluarte, a Spanish stone watch tower; the roof terrace is a great place to relax away from the afternoon sun.
