Welcome to The Granada beach house, a secluded eight bedroom rustic property set on a cliff top with 360-degree view of the ocean and lush mountains. Located 110km south of Cebu city and only 20-mins from Oslob, home of the great Butanging (Whale Sharks); on the island of Cebu, in the Philippines.
The property was taken over on 1st September by a couple who have spent the last 3 years working in different parts of Africa; Jacques is from South Africa and Keira is from Ireland.
Granada has a small private beach set below the cliff top, peppered with coconut trees and a coral wall to break the ocean waves. Its an ideal spot to launch a boat trip or snorkel & scuba dive the 100ft coral wall drop-off.
Whale sharks have made the bay close to the house their home, they are fed every morning by local fishermen; you can watch and take photos from the boat or those feeling brave, can swim and snorkel with them - an amazing highlight to your paradise island holiday.
On the point behind the hotel, lies a restored 15th century Spanish Baluarte; a Spanish stone watch tower, perfect for sunset drinks and romantic candle-lit dinners.
